Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or ordering any service from A.R.Technologies Limited, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Payments & Renewals

All services are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle. Renewal invoices are issued before the due date. Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to host or distribute illegal content, spam, malware, phishing sites, or content that violates the rights of others. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for hosting services, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in your client portal or by email.

Returns Policy

Refunds & Cancellations

Domain Registrations

Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable once processed with the registry. Please double-check the spelling of your domain before completing payment.

Hosting & Recurring Services

New hosting orders may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Renewals, upgrades, add-ons, and services in use for more than 7 days are non-refundable.

One-time & Custom Services

Bulk SMS credits, custom development, design, and other one-time services are non-refundable once work has begun or credits have been delivered.

How to Request a Refund

Open a support ticket from your client portal with your invoice number and the reason for the request. Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
